Production of an exact copy of vintage drumsticks, or the model of drumsticks you use.
Very often we encounter the situation that a drummer has become accustomed to a certain model, but the manufacturer has stopped producing it. Or he is looking for a vintage model that has long been out of stock. But this is not a problem for us - we are directly focused on the production of such models.
We can make a completely accurate copy of any model you use. We need to know at least the length and diameter of the stick and have a sample or photo of the stick you want to make a copy of. Based on this information, we can reconstruct almost any mallet and make a faithful copy of it to within 0.1 mm.
We use a unique and developed method of tracing to define the critical points of the drumstick, which we connect with curves. We then interpolate and convert all the values obtained to the original length and diameter, or to other specified values - e.g. neck diameter, ramp length, tip length and diameter ....
We then make adjustments so that all the dimensions we know match the original. If we still have a sample, the final result is very accurate. So much so that we can even identify, for example, the curvature of the mallet in the original photo, or deviations from the declared diameter that are not visible at first glance. From the resulting outline of the drumstick we then generate control data for the CNC lathe on which we then manufacture the drumstick.
Using this method, we are able to make you any copy of any model you want - even one that hasn't been produced for decades or centuries. It all depends only on the accuracy of the input data.
