This is our company know-how - however, we can reveal a few details. In the picture of the stick, we determine the so-called critical points, which we connect with curves. These will give us the final shape of the stick. Then we perform several recalculations and interpolation of the obtained data in order to obtain the most accurate model possible. Subsequently, we perform the conversion to the specified length and diameter. The result is an exact copy.
How accurately can you make a replica?

With an accuracy of 0.1 mm (+ -0.05 mm) According to the sample or picture. The replica is so accurate that it even reveals the inaccuracies of the original - for example, when it is bent in the picture. Of course, we correct these inaccuracies.
What if I want to order a replicated model repeatedly?
