Does the type and shape of the tip affect the sound and the overall play?

Yes, they have a major effect on the resulting sound of cymbals. The smaller the area the tip hits the cymbal and the harder the material, the more significant frequencies it produces on impact. A detailed description of this issue can be found in the stick tip section.
Do you make drumsticks with an nylon tip?

Yes, in the variant with a nylon tip, we produce about 1/3 of our models. In addition, the nylon tip can be used on most of the offered models, if you wish. Just order it.

We offer four basic tip shapes. Oval, ball, acorn, barrel, in various size variants according to the specific model. In addition, the dimensions and shape of any tip can be freely modified or combined.
What is the difference between sticks with wooden and an nylon tip?

The wooden tip has a darker and decent sound. The artificial tip is harder, has a clear tinkling and ringing sound. The wooden tips of the sticks suffer during play and are often bitten. Therefore, artificial tips are used on sticks. More information can be found in the sticks tips section,
