We stand for the quality of our products. Although very rarely, a bad piece can pass through our quality control. If that happens, we'll need photos of the broken mallets or a defect so we can judge what happened. We will always agree with you on some acceptable solutions and variants. These situations are always about mutual communication and do not be afraid to contact us in this.
Can I get test sticks?

Yes, you only need to order one or two pairs. You are not limited by the minimum order.
Can I cancel the order or return the drumsticks?

If you ordered stock drumsticks, yes. You can cancel the order without giving reasons and return the mallets. This is also possible with customer models if they have not yet been manufactured. If so, then we approach each case individually, but in principle it is also possible.
